Content Removal Policy
Tocromo provides a direct review and removal process. A request may rely on copyright, image rights, privacy, lack of consent, personal data or another legal basis.
1. Who may request removal
- The person depicted in the content.
- The author or copyright owner.
- An authorized representative.
- A person affected by private-data exposure, harassment or a legal order.
- A competent authority acting within its powers.
2. Information needed
- Exact Tocromo URL being reported.
- The specific image, video, profile or element to review.
- Reason: image/privacy, copyright, lack of consent, personal data, minor, court order or other basis.
- Contact details so we can respond.
- Reasonable information showing your relationship to the claim. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
3. Urgent cases
Clearly identify reports involving a minor, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, extortion, serious threats or data exposure creating immediate risk. Tocromo may block material provisionally while reviewing.
4. Review
We may request additional information if the URL does not identify the material or reasonable questions remain. Our review concerns availability within Tocromo and is not a final adjudication of third-party rights.
5. Outcomes
- Removal or disabling within Tocromo.
- Blocking an external reference to reduce automatic reappearance.
- Reasoned rejection where the request does not identify material or lacks a reasonable basis.
- Request for more information.
6. Third-party hosting
If the original file is on Coomer, PimpBunny or another service, removal from Tocromo does not remove it from the Internet or source host. A separate request to the hosting provider may be necessary.
7. No waiver
Using this process does not require an affected person to waive other rights or legal remedies.
