Content Policy
Tocromo organizes third-party content without claiming ownership. These rules define material that must not be displayed and how reports are handled.
1. External sources
Images may be obtained from Coomer through its API or accessible resources. Videos may be hosted or shared through PimpBunny or other external hosts. Tocromo may show thumbnails, links, embedded players or references to those resources.
2. Public availability is not authorization
A publicly accessible resource, API result or external upload does not prove that the author, depicted person or rights holder authorized every reuse. Tocromo handles its own complaints independently of the source provider.
3. Strictly prohibited
- Any sexual depiction of a person under 18, real or apparent.
- Non-consensual intimate content, including hacked, leaked, stolen or deceptively obtained material.
- Content used for extortion, threats, harassment or doxxing.
- Material exposing sensitive personal data without valid justification.
- Material covered by a notified court or competent-authority order.
- Material clearly violating copyright, image, privacy or other rights after a sufficiently supported report.
4. Depicted persons
If you appear in content displayed by Tocromo and believe it violates your privacy, consent, intimacy or image rights, you may request review and removal. You do not need to own the copyright to make a claim about your own image or privacy.
5. Moderation
Tocromo may temporarily hide material during review and may remove entire profiles, block re-ingestion of a URL or limit features to reduce risk.
6. External providers
Removal from Tocromo does not automatically erase the original file from an external server. You may also need to contact Coomer, PimpBunny or the relevant provider.
